About me

With almost 20 years of experience in the digital world, I accompany leaders, teams and organizations on their way to more agility, resilience and effectiveness. My approach? Pragmatic, solution-oriented and always with an eye on the big picture.

My journey: Diverse perspectives for integrated solutions

At the interface of technology and editing, I supported the digitalization of journalistic offerings in the online media sector. As a software developer in start-ups, I learned about the challenges of fast-growing teams and how to work innovatively and agilely with limited resources. At ThoughtWorks, a leading technology consultancy, I not only deepened my understanding of agile methods, but also successfully implemented them in complex corporate structures.

Since 2020, I have been bringing all this experience together as an independent organizational consultant and team developer, advising and supporting companies and teams around their specific challenges.

How I work

My approach is characterized by a systemic and appreciative attitude. I focus on strengthening and activating existing resources, because I am convinced that sustainable solutions do not come from outside, but are developed by those involved themselves.

In practice, this means:

Space for perspectives: I create environments in which everyone involved can contribute their views and expertise. The diversity of perspectives leads to creative and effective solutions.

Continuous improvement and learning: I focus on gradual development with practical impulses for change. Small, steady improvements enable incremental change and sustainable learning - particularly valuable in complex situations.

Combining systemic and agile approaches: I like to combine systemic and agile approaches in my work. The systemic approach takes into account the interrelationships and interactions within the system, while agile methods promote flexibility and adaptability.

This holistic approach makes it possible to develop tailor-made solutions that not only work in the short term, but also contribute to the long-term success and further development of organizations and teams.
