Team Coaching

I accompany teams, organizations, institutions and initiatives in collective change and development processes. The reason can be, for example, the desire to improve cooperation or communication, a clearer distribution of roles, dealing with changes, new tasks, conflicts in the team, a change in leadership or a change in the team composition.

My approach always keeps in mind the resources available in the team or group in order to strengthen them and to sustainably strengthen the ability to dialogue and work.

Team coaching starts with a clarification of the task. This is usually followed by interviews with the members of the team. This allows me to get a good picture of the open issues and the goals. Based on this, I develop a concept that allows the team to work out solutions for the agreed objectives. Team coaching can be a one-time impulse in the form of a workshop or a longer-term process support.
