How INQA-Coaching works

The process is structured yet flexible. INQA-Coaching is roughly divided into three phases.

  • Kick-off with leadership & team

  • 3 cycles of 4 weeks each

We work with two groups:

  • Lab-Team (3–6 employees from practice)
  • Steering Circle (leadership, HR, possibly works council)

The process takes approximately 6 months.

You can receive up to 80% funding for up to 12 consulting days at €1,200 each. Applications are processed through an authorized consulting agency – I'll help you navigate this process.

Then we'll explore alternatives together. I also offer streamlined formats that work with your budget. Change can happen without funding.
