Get your consulting funded: up to 80 % grant possible

Team development, organisational development and leadership development, funded through INQA Coaching or the BAFA grant programme

Most people know that external expertise would help. But the step is often not taken, simply because the budget isn't there. Two funding programmes can change that: INQA Coaching and the BAFA grant programme for business consulting. Both are aimed at small and medium-sized companies and cover a significant part of the costs.

You don't have to work your way through funding guidelines or figure out which programme fits your situation. We do that together: I check what's possible with you, support the application process and am by your side throughout the entire consulting engagement.

You have a concrete challenge? Let's talk.

What brings companies and start-ups to me?

  • The team is growing, but roles and responsibilities are unclear. Decisions take too long, tasks fall through the cracks
  • Leadership is overloaded, everything runs through the same people, delegation isn't working
  • Tensions within the team are simmering but not being addressed openly
  • A change process is coming up – restructuring, growth, a new understanding of leadership – and you're not sure how to approach it in a structured way
  • Collaboration feels heavy: too many meetings, too few results, coordination takes more time than the actual work
  • You have a need for digitalisation, but tools and processes don't fit together yet

These are exactly the kinds of topics that can be addressed through both funding programmes.

Frequently asked questions about funding

Both programmes are aimed at small and medium-sized companies with up to 249 employees based in Germany. INQA Coaching is particularly suited for companies that want to embark on a longer, structured development process. The BAFA programme works well for shorter, conceptual consulting projects with a clearly defined topic. Which one fits your situation is something we'll work out together in an initial conversation.

Less than most people expect. Both applications are completed entirely online. The BAFA application typically takes under 30 minutes. For INQA, there is an introductory conversation with one of the official advisory centres, which provides guidance on the programme and support with the online application if needed. I'll guide you through every step: application, consulting, proof of use.

For the BAFA programme, you'll usually receive the information letter within 24 hours of submitting your details. For INQA Coaching, the process is also quick – the advisory centres typically issue the voucher within a week. We'll plan the timing together in the initial conversation so you can start when you're ready.

Both applications are completed entirely online. You enter your company details. Important: the application must be submitted and approved before the consulting begins. I'll explain what you need to submit and when.

The biggest difference is in scope and total volume. INQA Coaching is a structured process over 4 to 6 months with up to 12 consulting days, in which the team actively participates. The total volume is €14,400 net – of which €11,520 is funded, leaving your contribution at €2,880 net. The BAFA programme is leaner: the maximum assessment basis is €3,500, and in Hamburg you receive €1,750 in funding and cover €1,750 yourself. It works well for shorter, conceptual projects with a clear focus. Which programme fits your situation is something we'll figure out together.

Not for the same project. For different projects, yes – both are independent programmes. We'll work out what fits your current situation in the initial conversation.
