Moderation and Facilitation

I am happy to support you in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of meetings and workshops online and offline. This can be e.g. team or project meetings, planning workshops or formats like a Lean Inception to jointly define the scope of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). I am also happy to take over the facilitation of retrospectives.

I adapt methods and formats to the goals of the meeting or workshop. I like to work with agile and participative methods. Strengthening the self-efficacy of groups is a concern of mine, so that problems and challenges can be tackled and solved together.
