In our coaching sessions, I help you find more clarity in your role, define your own path, and build confidence in dealing with complexity and change - whether or not you hold a formal leadership title.

Sparring & Impulse Coaching (1–3 sessions)
You’re facing a specific challenge: a decision, a conflict, or an important conversation? In a focused coaching session, we clarify your situation, widen the perspective, and develop practical next steps. You get a clear, structured reflection space - and impulses you can immediately put into practice.
How we work together
I combine coaching with hands-on experience in agile organizational consulting, team coaching, and mediation. Having worked for many years as a software developer and tech lead myself, I understand the realities of agile work from the inside out. Depending on what’s needed, I offer structure, bring in new impulses - or simply hold the space so you can move forward at your own pace and in your own way.
This is how our collaboration works
- Initial consultation (free & non-binding): We get to know each other and clarify your goals
- Coaching process: 6–10 sessions of 90–120 minutes each (online or in my Hamburg office in the Schanzenviertel)
- Flexible formats: Shorter intensives or longer-term support are also possible, depending on your needs
